The post is full time - 37hrs/week over 52 weeks per year. Hours to be worked flexibly to meet the needs of the school but will be agreed in advance with the Operations Manager. Annual leave entitlement is 22 days per annum plus 10 statutory and concessionary holidays |
We are looking to appoint an experienced manager, who can effectively lead a team of premises staff, to include cleaners, to ensure that the site is maintained to a high standard and is health and safety compliant. The person we are looking for will be skilled, energetic, flexible, responsible, friendly, dedicated and conscientious. You will also be required to ensure the safe working practices of contractors on site and you will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to produce a rolling plan of site development offering suggestions to reduce our running costs.
This is a key role in the school and the grade on offer will depend upon the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
